Supply chains are under pressure: disruptions, sustainability goals and digitalisation ask for more than technical knowledge alone. The leaders of tomorrow need to adapt quickly, think creatively, deliver results and connect people. But how do you develop those skills, especially at the start of your career?During this 1.5-hour workshop, we explore which competencies make the difference for future supply chain leaders. You will not just listen: through exercises, discussions and reflection, you actively work on your own leadership. You will discover where your strengths lie, which skills you want to develop further and what concrete steps you can take to get there.
